The Department of Antiquities participates in projects funded under the University Research Call (Bando Ricerca di Ateneo), a program designed to support and develop research activities across Sapienza’s Faculties and Departments. This scheme funds a range of project types, enabling both the development of new lines of inquiry and the consolidation of ongoing research programs. The different funding opportunities address the various stages of academic research: from scholars at the beginning of their careers, to core support for research activities, and up to the development of broader programs and collaborative initiatives among research groups.
