As part of the seminar series organised by the Chair of Anatolian Studies and supported by the Erasmus+ Mobility Lecture Series programme, an eight-hour intensive seminar will be offered focusing on the languages of Anatolia and selected aspects of the Neo-Hittite states of the first millennium BC. The seminar will be delivered by Dr Zsolt Simon (Institut Universitari del Pròxim Orient Antic – Universitat de Barcelona). The event aims to provide an up-to-date overview of recent discoveries and current research outcomes concerning the linguistic and historical developments of Anatolia and the Neo-Hittite states, offering participants advanced insights and critical tools for the study of this dynamic field.
